DANDRUFF OR DRY SCALP DO YOU KNOW THE DIFFERENT

Lets talk about the different between dandruff and dry scalp.
The skin on your scalp renews it cells like other cells on other part of the body. New skin cells are renewed every 24 days by forming new cells underneath while old cells are slough off to receive new ones. Dandruff is not caused by dryness but to much oil. It is done by an over growth of harmless yeast, and dry scalp is due to loss of moisture from the skin, which could be caused by soap, strong detergent, cold weather, and other hard weather bill up. It could also be caused by caffeine. The itching and small white flakes are symptoms of dry scalp.
