HAPPY THANKSGIVING DAY

I hope everyone will have a great and blessed Thanksgiving Day, and be safe. The world as we know it is very different today. The troubles throughout the world make us want to give an special
thanks to God for keeping us in a safe place. My heart goes out to Paris due to the trouble they recently had, and it could have been us. Hug the people you love keep them close and enjoy the holiday.

DANDRUFF OR DRY SCALP DO YOU KNOW THE DIFFERENT

Lets talk about the different between dandruff and dry scalp.
The skin on your scalp renews it cells like other cells on other part of the body. New skin cells are renewed every 24 days by forming new cells underneath while old cells are slough off to receive new ones. Dandruff is not caused by dryness but to much oil. It is done by an over growth of harmless yeast, and dry scalp is due to loss of moisture from the skin, which could be caused by soap, strong detergent, cold weather, and other hard weather bill up. It could also be caused by caffeine. The itching and small white flakes are symptoms of dry scalp. Dry scalp can be treated by using natural remedies such as apple cider vinegar rinse to restore the PH on your scalp and remove the billed up left from shampoo.

We recommend you do a light scalp massage with light oils, such as extra virgin, olive oil, jojoba oil. Dandruff is greasy and yellowish white in color, and harder to remove from the scalp, there are a lot of itching and some odor. Washing your hair regular is recommended using products that contain
ingredients such as selenium sulfide, zinc, or ketoconazole.

For natural help with dandruff and dry scalp- use shampoo with tea tree, and other products such garlic, coconut, vinegar, tea tree, grapefruit, these products will decrease the shedding and eliminate bacteria. Lavender oil will add moisture to your hair.
