HELP FOR SUMMER HAIR CARE AND THE STYLES TO KEEP YOU COOL

It is very hot this summer,  as is all summers,  and we need help to keep  our hair healthy,  and to help with styles to keep us cool.   Lets protect our hair from summer damage,  which you can do with hats,  wetting it with fresh water before swimming,  and using UV protectant  by leave in serum.  This will help  balance out drying,  humidity, and sun exposure by incorporating hydrating hair mask into your routine,  also washing less frequently  with gently sulfate free shampoo.  Our hair needs skin protection just as our hair do from the harsh element of the sun.   Now that it is so hot,  what styles will help keep us cool,  especially if we wear wigs and other extension.  It is a good idea if you are wearing wigs,  wear a short bob style that doesn't over heat you while out and about during the summer,  or wear a ponytail extension if you prefer long hair,  it will allow air to get to your scalp,  to help keep you cool during the summer months.

HOW CAN WE HELP DRY HAIR DAMAGE ?

Everyone has some hair damage from dryness and brittleness to spilt ends, and breakage.  How can we tackle this to keep from losing our hair.  Experts says the best way to tackle dry hair and damage hair really depends on the type of damage.  A conditioner to damage hair is the hair's best friend, because hair damage hair stripped of its protective outer layer, and conditioner help to replenish it with emollient ingredients like silicone plant oils, such as coconut oils, and butters.  They coat wet hair so it's easier to damage, which could lead to less damage and make it silker and manageable.   We should use good hair products, natural products on our hair to keep our hair from damages of any kind.

PSOCARSIS OF THE SCALP AND WIGS, CAN IT WORK?

Scalp psoriasis is a chronic immune condition where the immune system causes skin cells to multiply too quickly, resulting   in thick , silvery white scales,  red patches and flaking.  However, wigs  can work wonderfully  for scalp psoriasis, especially  if you are experiencing  hair loss and thinning., or irritation from visible  plaques.  However,  wigs may work for the cover up,  but due to the trap heat and sweat, and the friction can trigger or worsen flare ups.  You can prevent this by using certain guidelines such as using certain caps,  avoid glue and adhesives wigs, such as lace wigs,  and wear wigs in moderation,   including caring for your scalp daily  You should avoid wigs when you are currently  in the amide of an angry flare up.  When following these guidelines,  it should help your scalp .We love our natural hair, scalp and wigs.

LETS TALK ABOUT WIGS, SHOULD YOU CONSTANLY SLEEP IN YOUR WIG?

Brittney is so cute,  really nice hair, very soft, and its human hair,  but should we constantly sleep in this wig. The experts say no you should not sleep constantly in your wig.  Here  is why, regular sleeping in a wig causes friction that leads to tangles, matting, spilt ends and a significantly  reduced lifespan for both human and synthetic wigs.  Now think,  this is what it does to your wigs,  however,  I am going to go further,  what about your natural hair?  It prevent your scalp from breathing, which causes sweat build up, and discomfort.  It also causes hair loss, hair thinning, including around the edges,  due to the same damages it dose to the wigs,  it dose that and more to the natural hair. This damage causes alopecia,  and sometimes the hair will not return,  so lets find another way to stop sleeping in our wigs, and keep our natural hair.
